Brief introduction:

HZS25/35/50/75 is simple concrete batching plants with simple structure, convenient disassembly & installation, and quick construction. It can be used in various prefabricated component factories as well as industrial or civil construction projects such as roads, bridges, water conservancy, docks and so on.

The main engine of the mixing system adopts JS series twin-shaft forced mixer, which adopts the control technology of electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display and etc. The electronic weighing has buffer device and automatic compensation function. Also with high measurement precision. Sand and stone feeding system adopts herringbone belt feeding, equipped with maintenance walkway, which is an ideal choice for the majority of construction units to produce high quality concrete.

Advantages:

1. Quick installation 

Steel girder type or fixed type can be selected. It only takes a few hours for the main mixing system of steel girder type mixing station to be unloaded and installed. Together with the control room, batching station and other supporting facilities of the installation of only two to four days can be ready for production.

Uses the method of hoisting and lifting hopper to feed. The hopper and track are specially designed to load and dump aggregate efficiently, greatly reducing the occupied area of the site.

3. Less investment and simple maintenance

4. Reasonable design 

Mixing platform, measuring platform and lifting system platform fully guarantee the requirements of inspection and maintenance. Sufficient daily working space can be provided when outer protective layer is needed.
