Installation of QT10-15 Block Making Machine
1. Host machine
The host machine is mainly including the frame, vibrating platform and the mould. Before installation, inspect all the equipments in case of there is the damage, screw loose or position displaced happen.The host machine should be installed under the ground according the drawing. The rubber vibration isolator should be set between the machine and ground and lock the foundation bolt tighten. Level the machine with the gradienter to guarantee the quality of the production. Connect the hydraulic pipe and the electric wire correctly and bury the wire to avoiding the accident according the position of the electric box.
2. Pallets feeder.
When install the pallets feeder, you should insure the centre line of the pallets feeder same as the host machine and the up plane of the pallet feeder should in the same level of the vibration platform. The pallets feeder should keep 5-10 mm space to the vibrating platform. Also you should insure the centre of the pallet same as the centre of the vibration platform. Then fix the pallets feeder to the ground with bolts.
3. Block conveyor
The block conveyor is used to convey the production and the pallets and the speed cannot be adjusted. The centre line of the block receiver should same as the host machine and the triangle belt and the vibration platform should be in the same level so it can convey blocks stable. Then fix the block receiver to the ground with bolts. Considering it can be cleaned convenience, the block conveyor cannot fixed to the ground.
4. Storage hopper
Put the holder of the hopper behind the frame of machine and make the centre line of its conveyor same as the centre line of frame. Then adjust the position of the hopper to make the conveyor belt can feeding material to the feeding box. Fix it with bolts to the ground.
5. Hydraulic system
Installation of the hydraulic system: Put the hydraulic unit beside the host machine and insure all the outlet tube can be connected to the ones of the host machine. Then connect all the tube well and screw down the connections with the nuts.
6. Electric system
According to the electric drawing, connect the wire well of the vibrating motor, material feeding box motor, block receiver motor and the motor in hydraulic unit. Then convey the power to the control unit with water-proof cable (16mm2). The sectional area of earth wire should more than 4mm2 and the zero line should more than 10mm2.
