2、Do not start or stop the air compressor quickly. Slow growth or deceleration. Otherwise, the pressure will damage the air compressor。


3、Do not change the rotation direction of the air compressor, otherwise, the oil pump does not supply oil can seriously damage the machine


4、Do not stop the air compressor before decompression, otherwise, the powder material may flow back into the cylinder, causing serious damage to the air compressor.


5、Check the oil mark before starting.Oil level shall not be lower than the lower limit of oil;Always check whether the oil pump is supplied with oil. If the oil is not supplied, stop it immediately. Otherwise, the oil shortage will seriously damage the air compressor.


6、Change the lubricating oil on time.After 30 hours of new machine, remove oil from crankcase, clean crankcase and filter oil net, then change oil.Each year after the above change oil


7、Check and clean the oil screen.The normal condition is checked and cleaned every quarter. If the machine usage is high, it should be checked and cleaned once a month.


8、Maintain and clean the air filter element for 30 hours.When rotating the filter element, the pressure is less than 0.6mpa compressed air, which is blown from the inside out.After five maintenance, please replace the new filter.Do not clean the filter element with oil or water.
